| The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has changed the landscape of nuclear resource management by amending its regulation in Title 10 - Code Federal Reregulation (CFR) - Part 26 - Fitness for Duty (FFD) programs. The amendments require nuclear power plant licensees to strengthen the effectiveness of their FFD programs. All US Nuclear Plants are on a tight timeline to be in full compliance. |
